Are you a Senior Data Scientist passionate about AI, predictive modeling, and transforming data into real business impact? At Darwoft, we're looking for four outstanding professionals to join high-impact international projects focused on retail and CPG innovation.
Youll be working with a stealth-mode client a US-based AI product company revolutionizing how enterprise retailers make strategic decisions. Their cutting-edge solutions combine machine learning, data science, and domain expertise to help global brands thrive in a dynamic market.
Data Exploration & Analysis: Work with structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends and extract strategic insights.
Model Development: Design and build predictive models and machine learning algorithms focused on price elasticity, demand forecasting, and optimization.
Rapid Prototyping: Create quick prototypes (POCs and MVPs) to validate ideas and deliver actionable business solutions.
Data Storytelling: Translate complex insights into clear visualizations and data-driven recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Team Collaboration: Partner with engineering and development teams to deploy scalable, production-ready models.
Education: Bachelors or higher degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Industry Experience: 2+ years working in the retail or CPG space, especially with pricing models and demand forecasting.
Advanced Python (including pandas, OOP) and SQL.
Strong experience in time series analysis, optimization, and predictive modeling.
Ability to build and test models quickly with a focus on performance and scalability.
Skilled in turning complex data into compelling insights.
Experience with big data processing tools like Spark, PySpark, or Azure Databricks.
Familiarity with ML libraries and tools: PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Jupyter, NumPy.
Basic web development for prototyping: Flask, Plotly, or Streamlit.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, testing, and deployment processes.
