Cleaner Temp position

Part Time hours
As a Cleaner for the parking areas at Vancouver General Hospital, your primary responsibility is to perform cleaning duties to ensure an immaculate environment for visitors and staff of the surrounding medical facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up litter and garbage from all Parking areas of VGH Campus. This includes all parking stalls, driveways and parkade stairwells.
- Mop stairwells once a week in all parkades and when necessary.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations as per company policies.
- Other cleaning related duties may be assigned by the Supervisor.
- Cleaning supplies will be provided, including litter picker, gloves and garbage bags.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Capable of frequent bending, standing and walking for extended periods of time
- Ability to deal with clients in a positive, polite, and professional manner
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must be punctual and self-disciplined
- Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
- Clear criminal record check
