What You'll Do In The Role

  • Lead the implementation of a new content management system (CMS): refine requirements, establish business processes, and guide stakeholders through change management to ensure adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to identify, publish, and govern HR content.
  • Transform complex information into clear, usable content (i.e., policies, processes, reference guides).
  • Promote and drive the application of content standards across various platforms.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to enhance the Knowledge Management strategy.

What You'll Bring To The Role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with Content Management Systems such as AEM and a basic understanding of AI is desirable but not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and autonomy: a self-starter who is proactive, capable of identifying cause and effect, and able to make sound decisions with limited information.
  • Project management skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global and fast-paced environment.
