7 to 8 years of Strong Hands-on Application Development and enhancements in AS400 using the below skills

Must have worked as a development previously and has thorough understanding of the Retail Banking Concepts ad Core Banking Knowledge.
Excellent Communication and Client Interaction Skills
Strong Programming Background in: IBM iSeries (AS400), Cobol/400, RPGLE & SQLRPG.
Would also prefer candidates who have exposure Support roles as well.
Excellent skill in DB2 / SQL/query language and debugging
Have the knowledge of writing complex queries
Good analytical and communication skills
Must have strong team and interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask when required
Adept at delivering high quality software documentation with high attention to detail required
High analytical skills and a high degree of initiative and flexibility
High customer orientation and quality awareness
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
