Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Part-time (11 AM to 4 PM Monday to Friday)

Client Timezone: Eastern Time (Toronto, Canada)

Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative tasks and generate detailed reports for business operations

  • Verify payment processing accuracy and cross-reference financial transactions

  • Handle bookkeeping responsibilities and maintain organized financial records

  • Assist with debt consolidation and comprehensive financial organization

  • Research and coordinate personal activities, including local services and scheduling

  • Monitor credit card statements and financial accounts with full access privileges

  • Learn and master proprietary dance studio management software

  • Provide seamless support for both business correspondence and personal scheduling

  • Adapt to evolving task requirements as business needs change and grow



Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of administrative or virtual assistant experience

  • Strong proficiency in standard administrative software and digital tools

  • Demonstrated experience with bookkeeping and financial management
