Content Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a creative, data-driven Content Marketing Manager to lead our multi-channel content strategy. From blog posts and case studies to social content and nurture campaigns, you’ll be responsible for driving brand awareness, inbound traffic, and qualified leads through compelling storytelling and smart distribution.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who’s equal parts writer, strategist, and marketer—with a knack for automation, design tools, and performance tracking.
Manage a 30-day content calendar spanning blog articles, case studies, social posts, and thought-leadership pieces
Write, edit, and publish SEO-optimized content that attracts and nurtures leads through the funnel
Own and grow our presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter)
Collaborate with product and sales teams to turn insights into compelling content—one-pagers, scripts, email copy, and more
Create supporting visuals or short videos using tools like Canva, Figma, or CapCut
Build and distribute campaigns through HubSpot (or HighLevel), including list segmentation and personalization
Automate repetitive workflows using Zapier or Make to integrate HubSpot, Salesforce, and other tools
Monitor content performance in Google Analytics and Google Sheets; provide regular insights on traffic, engagement, and lead quality
Document processes and create brief training materials for sales teams across South America
1–3 years managing content inside a modern CRM or marketing automation platform (HubSpot strongly preferred)
Proven success running multi-channel content campaigns across blog, email, and social
Experience with workflow automation using Zapier or Make
A portfolio featuring at least 2 writing samples and 1 visual or video asset
Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets for analysis and reporting
Fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
Background at a marketing agency or in managing multiple brand voices
Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Gemini
Basic HTML/CSS for formatting blog posts and emails
Exposure to recruitment marketing or employer branding initiatives
Publish a full month of scheduled content without delays
Launch an automated nurture stream with ≥ 20% open rate and ≤ 1% unsubscribe rate
Improve blog organic traffic by 15% through SEO enhancements
Reduce content production turnaround by 25% using templates and automation
Deliver a live dashboard tracking traffic, engagement, and MQLs
