Who You Are
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Dispute Collections Service (DCS) workflow, ensuring the function is issuing disputes from Vividly to our Dispute Application, meeting timelines, issues are addressed with timely resolution, and working cross-functionally with back-up and reconciliation pods to ensure data flow and workflow disruptions are minimal. This role will also manage the DCS team and audit the function regularly. It’s imperative to keep the assembly line of the service running smoothly.
