This role delivers a range of report building and business analysis support activities including drafting and refining reporting requirements, documenting stakeholder needs, assisting with report testing and supporting report development and access processes. The role works within the Information Systems team to support the development and implementation of key reporting solutions.
The role requires a dynamic individual who can adapt to changing environments, is experienced with agile practices and, ideally, has experience working in or with Victorian government agencies or the human services or family violence sectors. This position also provides support to change management activities, training and upskilling, and working closely with the broader project, policy, operational and change management and support teams.
Accountabilities Include
Attend stakeholder workshops, document outcomes and draft requirements that reflect stakeholder needs.
Liaise with end users and the team to resolve questions and clarify end user requirements.
Using standard tools, create and link related product backlog items, draft user stories and acceptance criteria for review by the Senior Business Analyst or Product Owner.
