How we work

This is a remote U.S. role, preferably in Texas, candidates must be located near major XSP/Telco partners to foster strong strategic relationships and execute growth strategies effectively.

As a Business Development Manager (XSP/Telco – U.S.), you will play a pivotal role in driving impactful business development initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue key prospects, cultivating strategic partnerships that position our company as a trusted cybersecurity partner in the U.S. Working closely with our existing team, you will collaborate to tailor solutions that deliver exceptional value to our partners and their customers.

Identify and develop strategic partnerships with XSPs, ISPs, and Telco providers to drive subscription-based revenue.

Expand market penetration by creating new B2B2C partnership opportunities within the telecom and broadband sectors.

Lead negotiations for high-value partnerships, ensuring long-term revenue growth and strategic alignment.

Objectives

  • Drive new B2B2C consumer SaaS security/ business development in the XSP/Telco space, focusing on subscription-based partnerships.
  • Define and execute a go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new and existing partners.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders (C-level, VP-level) at major telecom and broadband providers.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to align security and identity solutions with XSP partner needs.
  • Develop and manage financial models, contracting, and project execution with internal teams.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the XSP and telecom ecosystem.

Competencies

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or sales within the XSP/Telco/ISP sector.
  • Proven experience in B2B2C business models and subscription-based revenue models.
  • Strong knowledge of telecom industry trends, partnership structures, and GTM strategies.
  • Experience negotiating and executing complex deals and contracts with telecom providers.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple strategic projects and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to develop and present business proposals and financial models to executive leadership.
  • Experience in consumer SaaS, cybersecurity, identity protection, or privacy solutions.
  • Previous experience working with major U.S. telecom providers, XSPs, MVNOs, or ISPs.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations within the telecom industry.
  • Experience working in a remote, cross-functional, and matrixed organization.
