We’re currently hiring for an RTO Specialist – Customer Service to join one of our client teams in the education/training services sector. This client provides vocational training services and operates as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in Australia. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of RTO compliance, student support, and customer service workflows.


Requirements: 

  • Respond to student and client inquiries via email, phone, and CRM systems with professionalism and a high level of empathy

  • Guide students through the RTO enrollment process, including document verification and eligibility assessments

  • Provide support throughout the student lifecycle — from inquiry to graduation — ensuring compliance with national RTO standards

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AQF (Australian Qualifications Framework), ASQA regulations, and training package requirements

  • Assist in preparing and submitting required documentation to regulatory bodies as needed

  • Use CRM and LMS platforms (e.g., aXcelerate, VETtrak, Moodle) to manage student data and communications

  • Collaborate with internal teams including academic staff, compliance officers, and course coordinators to resolve student issues efficiently



Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience working with or for an RTO in a customer service, student support, or compliance role

  • Strong knowledge of ASQA standards, RTO compliance obligations, and student record-keeping best practices

  • Familiarity with Australian vocational education landscape

  • Experience using CRM and/or LMS platforms (aXcelerate, VETtrak, Moodle preferred)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment
