As the Business Development Lead, you’ll join our growing GTM team as a highly driven and strategic leader. In this role, you will take full ownership of building and scaling the lead generation and qualification function from the ground up. You’ll develop scalable outbound and inbound playbooks, drive pipeline growth, and build a high-performing team of SDRs and BDRs. Working closely with marketing, sales, and company leadership, you’ll align on target customers, messaging, KPIs, and overall GTM strategy. You will report directly to the VP of Marketing.
