We are seeking a hardworking and versatile Sr. Role Based Access Control ( RBAC) Specialist to join our world-class Information Technology team. This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of an ambitious project, where you will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing our RBAC framework. Key Responsibilities

As a Sr. RBAC Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:

Required 4-5 of years .

Develop and refine the RBAC Onboarding “Pre-flight” Process to ensure seamless and efficient onboarding.
Help plan out RBAC onboarding waves using the UKG Business Intelligence report as its scope foundation.
Plan for and build Okta Access Requests for applications currently assigned directly to individual users.
Build Manager to RBAC Mapping, RBAC User Catalog, and App Catalog for each wave, ensuring data uniqueness and integrity.
Complete RBAC Onboarding, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all steps.
Perform any post-onboarding activities needed to maintain and optimize the RBAC framework.
