Job description

Role: GTM (Go-to-Market) Data Analyst
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40 hrs/week)
Contract Duration: Long Term
Work Hours: IST (Indian Standard Time)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day
Location: 100% Remote


About the Role:

The GTM Data Analyst will play a key role in supporting the productivity and data intelligence of the company's GTM (Go-to-Market) organization. You'll partner with Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, Product Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver dashboards, automate reporting, and provide data-driven insights that influence GTM strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a data-forward environment, using your analytical skills to create business impact.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize and respond to data requests from Sales and Marketing teams via Slack and Jira.

  • Automate key metrics reporting using Hubble Dashboards (built on Presto, SQL, React JS, Plotly).

  • Conduct ad-hoc data analysis using spreadsheets and tools like Salesforce.

  • Provide operational and analytical support for Analytics & Insights initiatives.

  • Ensure high data quality and accurate downstream reporting.

  • Deliver insightful analyses with clear narratives, not just raw data.

  • Create internal enablement and documentation materials.

  • Manage a queue of analytics requests from the GTM organization.

  • Partner with the CRM team to improve and maintain organizational data integrity.


Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 4+ years in Data Analytics with experience in large datasets and dashboard creation.

  • 3+ years hands-on with Salesforce.

  • 2+ years in Sales Operations or GTM-focused teams.

  • Proficient in SQL, with experience managing imperfect or messy datasets.

  • Working knowledge of Tableau or other BI tools with a focus on visual storytelling.

  • Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

  • Self-directed, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-changing environment.


Nice to Have:
  • Familiarity with Professional Services datasets (contracts, project plans, etc.).

  • Experience building analytics enablement content (e.g., slides, guides, demos).
