$56.68 - $58.52 per hour + 11.5% super & salary packaging | Temporary Part Time 18 hours per week until 11 January 2026 | Port Kembla Hospital (PKH) | REQ578016 | Grade: Physiotherapist Level 3 | Applications close: 4 June 2025

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Level 3 Physiotherapist to join the Physiotherapy Rehabilitation and Aged Care service at Port Kembla Hospital.

This exciting role focuses on community-based therapy through an outreach service. You'll have the opportunity to supervise junior rotational physiotherapists while leading service development and quality improvement initiatives, ensuring clinical excellence in outpatient and community physiotherapy services.

The successful applicant should have advanced clinical skills in frailty, falls prevention and ability to work closely with the multidisciplinary team.

This recruitment creates an eligibility list for future temporary part-time and full-time positions, including a casual pool. There is potential for increased hours and an extension of the contract.

A Little About Us.

As a part of the new

Shellharbour Hospital and Integrated Services Project

, a new Community Health Centre is being built on the old Port Kembla Hospital site. Located on Dharawal Country,

Warrawong Community Health Centre

will bring together a range of services including community mental health, drug and alcohol, community nursing, and child and family services.

Until the new Community Centre is complete,

some allied health services

will continue to operate out of the Port Kembla Hospital site.
