We are currently looking for an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated Social Media Designer & AI Content Creator who will be responsible for analyzing the work environment to identify areas for improvement and supporting strategies that promote employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.

Your Functions, Duties, and Tasks as a Lean Tech Warrior:

Content Design & Creation

Design high-quality, branded visuals for social media posts (especially LinkedIn).
Develop clear, engaging written content that simplifies AI and tech concepts.
Ensure content aligns with the CTO's personal tone and overall brand.

Social Media Execution

Manage publishing across platforms (focus on LinkedIn).
Track post performance, engagement, and iterate based on analytics.
Maintain a consistent publishing schedule

Collaboration & Strategic Input

Work directly with the CTO to align on weekly themes, goals, and key messages.
Proactively suggest content ideas based on current trends in AI and tech.
Help develop and maintain a recognizable personal brand for the CTO.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation, social media management, or visual design.
Fluent/native-level English—strong writing and communication skills are a must.
Solid portfolio demonstrating experience with design + copywriting (social posts, infographics, etc.).
Strong understanding of LinkedIn content formats, tone, and algorithm behaviors.
Skilled in tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent.
Familiarity with AI or technical subjects, able to grasp and translate complex ideas.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Nice to Have

Previous experience working with executives or thought leaders.
Interest or background in tech, startups, or AI.
