Job description

FTV is seeking an exceptional Luxury Sales Manager with a proven track record of success in selling high-ticket luxury products, particularly within the real estate sector. This role demands a candidate who possesses a captivating presence, intelligence, and the ability to engage with discerning clientele. As a Luxury Sales Manager, you will spearhead our efforts in engaging with developers for their prestigious projects, nurturing relationships, and closing substantial deals. The ideal candidate should exude sophistication, possess a dynamic personality, and be ready to relocate to Mumbai or already based in Mumbai.

High-Value Client Engagement:
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with high-profile developers, architects, and key stakeholders within the luxury real estate industry.
  • Leverage your magnetic personality and intelligence to establish rapport and trust with discerning clientele.
Strategic Deal Negotiations:
  • Lead negotiations for high-ticket real estate deals, collaborating closely with developers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Exhibit finesse and acumen in closing significant sales, contributing to revenue growth and market dominance.
Market Insight and Trends:
  • Stay attuned to luxury market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the real estate sector.
  • Utilize your insights to shape sales strategies and deliver impactful presentations.
Project Understanding:
  • Gain a deep understanding of developers' projects, values, and unique selling propositions to position our offerings effectively.
Relocation to Mumbai:
  • Be open to relocating to Mumbai if not already based there, in order to be at the heart of the luxury real estate market.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Provide exemplary customer service, addressing clients' needs, and ensuring lasting satisfaction and loyalty.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, including marketing, legal, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution.
Sales Performance:
  • Exceed sales targets and contribute significantly to revenue growth by consistently closing high-value deals.


Requirements:
  • Proven success in luxury sales, with a demonstrated focus on high-ticket luxury products, preferably within real estate.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and a captivating presence, well-suited for engaging with high-profile clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex deal structures.
  • Adept at understanding and communicating the value proposition of luxury real estate projects.
  • High degree of emotional intelligence and cultural awareness.
  • Ability to relocate to Mumbai or currently based in Mumbai.
  • Master degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
