The National Account Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability within the assigned territory by delivering high-quality customer service, technical support, and sales expertise in high-pressure laminates, tables, cabinetry, and ready-to-assemble (RTA) furniture. This role requires a proactive approach to developing and maintaining strong business relationships with B2B clients, including distributors and wholesalers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and increase revenue within the assigned region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the construction, cabinetry, furniture, and interior design industries.
  • Provide technical product knowledge and support to customers to ensure optimal solutions for their business needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive strategic partnerships to enhance brand presence.
Requirements

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a sales professional in the high-pressure laminates, cabinetry, furniture, or a related manufacturing sector is  required.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and experience working with distributors and wholesalers.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships effectively.
