Account Executive, Paid Media Marketing

Salary: $65 - $80k per year DOE and LOCATION 

Full-time, Exempt Position

Position Overview: As an Account Executive at Aardy, you will manage relationships with media partners and run successful paid media campaigns. Using your skills in partnerships, campaign management, and data analysis, you will help clients achieve great results and support Aardy’s growth. This is a remote position, with preference given to applicants that CURRENTLY reside in Miami, FL. This position reports to C-level executives.


Key Responsibilities:

Media Partnerships:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners.
  • Serve as the main contact for partners, answering questions and finding new ways to work together.
  • Collaborate with partners to create smart marketing plans that match Aardy’s goals.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and run paid media campaigns (like PPC and social ads) that focus on high returns and growth.
  • Manage budgets, test ad options, and adjust campaigns to get the best results.
  • Track and improve campaigns to meet or beat performance goals.

Reporting and Insights:

  • Create clear reports on campaign results using tools like Excel, Looker, Mixpanel, SQL, Python, or PowerBI.
  • Analyze data to spot trends and suggest ways to improve campaigns and returns.
  • Keep up with industry trends, competitors, and new tools to stay ahead.

Teamwork:

  • Work with creative, content, data, and tech teams to deliver smooth campaigns.
  • Partner with the Operations and Engineering team to solve issues, launch campaigns, and grow efforts.

Growth and Retention:

  • Find new partnership and media opportunities to grow accounts.
  • Boost repeat business by managing customer relationships and delivering excellent results.
  • Use skills in email campaigns or similar to keep customers engaged.
Requirements

Qualifications (Mandatory):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a similar field.
  • Experience managing media partnerships and accounts.
  • Proven success running high-return PPC and social media campaigns, including testing and reporting.
  • Experience building affiliate partnerships and programs.
  • Knowledge of customer retention and repeat business strategies.
  • Skilled in at least two of these tools: Looker, Mixpanel, or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (especially email campaigns) or similar tools.
  • Strong data analysis and communication skills.
  • Organized and able to handle a fast-paced job.
  • Remote work experience.

Preferred Experience:

  • Digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are a bonus.
  • Familiarity with the travel or insurance industries.
