Job description

Key Duties / Accountabilities:
· Develop and implement recruitment strategies and processes to attract, select, and hire a high volume of candidates across various roles within the sales organization (both enterprise and retail).
· Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand hiring needs and define job requirements and key talent specifications, attributes for each position.
· Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, campus engagement and professional networks, to source and attract a diverse pool of candidates.
· Conduct initial screening and assessments of applicants to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
· Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience.
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, reference checks, and offer negotiation.
· Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs through proactive sourcing and networking.
· Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques to continuously improve the hiring process.
· Collaborate with the HR team to develop and enhance recruitment policies, procedures, and tools.
· Track and analyse recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven improvements.
 
Essential Skills and Experience :
 
· Any graduate/post-graduate; preferably a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or a related field is preferable.
· Proven experience of 12+ years in high-volume recruitment, preferably within the education or product or technology industry, with atleast 5 years in team handling experience
· Create and post compelling job advertisements for various channels.
· Ability to manage forecast recruitment demand with reasonable accuracy; plan, estimate, schedule and execute batches of hiring so as to build a bench.
· Strong understanding of recruitment fundamentals, best practices, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
 
 
Desirable
· Previous experience in working with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, workflow tools (Zoho recruit, etc).
· Strong analytical skills and experience with advanced excel.
· Ability to develop and implement planning process and procedures to meet future recruitment goals (just in time recruitment)
