Job description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of vital skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
  • Lead generation
  • Creating new opportunities
  • Must be aware of technical job profiles.
  • Should have an excellent knowledge of bidding on Upwork, Guru, freelance, PPH, Elance, LinkedIn, and other bidding platforms.
  • Setting up an efficient sales process
  • Will be taking care of Proposals, Negotiations, and cold outreach
  • They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
  • Manage sales pipeline
  • Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree 3+ years in the sales industry
  • Experience in the entire sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • CRM experience is preferred
