We are seeking a Talent Acquisition/Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Corporate Human Resources team. This is a critical position to support our growth. The incumbent will be responsible for developing recruiting strategies to meet aggressive hiring goals, consult with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, develop sourcing strategies to leverage diverse & high caliber candidates, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications as well as ensure an outstanding candidate experience. The candidate will report to the head of Human Resources.
Responsibilities include:
• Will be responsible for conducting full life cycle recruiting activities to ensure staffing processes align with workforce needs
• Will source and attain top talent, keeping an ongoing pipeline
• Work closely with hiring managers to assess staffing needs
• Utilize tracking systems to monitor and record recruiting activities
• Develop job descriptions for new positions
• Manage relationships with vendor staffing firms
• Assess & maintain data for competitive market compensation levels
• Facilitate compliance with state and federal recruiting and hiring regulations
• Handle additional HR responsibilities as needed
