The work can be managed remotely – with time-to-time office presence depending on the team’s agreement and the demand of the respective professional area – from any location in Hungary. Join our global HR team and support our Compensation & Benefits function! This role involves analyzing compensation data, conducting job evaluations, and supporting salary structure analysis to ensure competitive and fair pay. You'll assist in compensation projects, market benchmarking, policy development, and administrative tasks while collaborating with global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain compensation databases, tools, and reports.
Conduct job evaluations and market benchmarking.
Assist in salary structure analysis and policy development.
Support compensation & benefits projects, including coordination and reporting.
Ensure compliance with policies and industry standards.
Stay updated on trends and suggest process improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
Min. 2 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or related areas.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS/compensation tools.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Fluent in English and comfortable working in an international team.
