The Video Editor will focus on editing high-performing TikTok ads in line with Showpo’s performance benchmarks. This role requires delivering engaging, TikTok-native content that captures attention within the first few seconds, integrates with sound trends, and adheres to best practices for performance marketing.
Day to day, you will:
Edit 150 TikTok ads per month to meet weekly refresh needs.
Produce modular content formats for flexibility (hooks, bodies, CTAs).
Remix existing assets to optimise ad fatigue and performance.
Apply best practices for TikTok editing including hooks, transitions, sounds, and in-platform effects.
Implement feedback from performance reports and weekly syncs with the Digital Marketing team.
Collaborate with marketing team and request/organise raw footage for editability.
Deliver assets according to predefined specs and brand guidelines.
