Job description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Recruiter to execute recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and placing top talent. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying qualified candidates, building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and ensuring an excellent hiring experience. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of recruitment strategies, talent sourcing techniques, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and position requirements.
  • Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process between hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status of recruitment efforts.
  • Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for successful candidates.
  • Stay informed about market trends and recruitment best practices to attract top talent.

Requirements
Requirements/Skills Needed:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Recruitment, Talent acquisition, or staffing.
  • US Offshore recruitment experience and supported hiring "Legal Talents".
  • Proven ability to source and attract talent using diverse platforms and tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building candidate and client relationships.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment targets.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.

Additional Job Details:

Set-up and Location: WFH
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM (US PST) | 12:00 AM-9:00 AM (PH Time)
Employment Type: Full-time
