Since our beginning in 2021, we have helped 6,000 + nurses and healthcare professionals, both full time and part time, to secure placements in key healthcare locations including hospitals, clinics, community care centers, testing and vaccination centers.

This position will have an attractive Sales Commission package that allows you to earn your commission based on your performance and abilities.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will be executing a trainee recruitment strategy across China that targets nurses and healthcare workers seeking overseas career opportunities.

They would help manage key channel accounts and partnerships to achieve enrolment targets and report on all phases of recruitment process and participate in recruitment and outreach activities e.g. seminars, conferences, meetings and training events to build strong and lasting relationships with current and prospective students, families, agents, partners and other external institutions.

+ Achieve sales growth and prospect to secure new customer accounts
+ Deliver high standard of customer service and product explanation
+ Pitch and ideate new ways to connect with nurses and healthcare workers
+ Working closely with PeopleSolve China and Singapore Teams to develop/enhance lead generation methods by identifying opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in leads and sales

What We Are Looking For

At least a Diploma qualification, preferably in marketing, communication, business, international relations

Min. of 3 years experience in the private education sector or international recruitment industry, with strong focus on China market.

Strong sales and account management skills in managing recruitment campaigns, forming partnerships, participating in seminars as well as digital marketing strategies
Good understanding of China market

Passion in promoting lifelong learning and employability

Strong communication and presentation skills

Self-motivated with positive-attitude individual
