Tuition Assistance Customer Service Representative Onsite in Broomfield, CO.
Overview
Join a dynamic team supporting employees of large organizations in navigating their tuition assistance benefits. This role involves guiding users through login issues, documentation audits, and policy-driven inquiries with clarity and empathy.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist users with accessing the tuition assistance platform and understanding benefit policies.
- Conduct documentation reviews and guide users through audit steps for payment processing.
- Handle new benefit inquiries with a policy-first approach.
- Manage escalated or sensitive conversations with professionalism and emotional intelligence.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of customer service or administrative experience.
- Proficiency in multitasking across 1–3 systems (e.g., CRM, Outlook, online portals).
- Strong attention to detail and independent troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to manage high-stakes conversations with patience and resilience.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in banking (e.g., Teller, Personal Banker) or healthcare administration.
- Exposure to college admissions or personal experience in higher education.
- Experience handling sensitive or emotionally charged situations.
Work Environment
- 5-week onsite training in Broomfield, may be able to work remote thereafter.
- Monday–Friday, 6 AM–6 PM schedule.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $18.75/hr.
