Reporting to the Director of Development Strategy & Operations (DDSO), this role will play a key part in keeping our fundraising engine running smoothly — supporting both the day-to-day operations and long-term growth of our donor programs. Your work will strengthen donor trust and deepen engagement across a range of donor segments — ensuring that every supporter feels valued, informed, and connected to our mission.

  • Ensure Development resources and collateral are up-to-date, easily-accessible, and ready for use, including but not limited to: donor mailings and educational materials, handbook updates, etc.
  • Support the management of volunteer and peer-to-peer fundraising relationships by corresponding with interested parties, providing applicable resources and guidance to fundraisers, and communicating viable opportunities to volunteer.
  • Support the development and oversight of DigDeep’s Monthly Giving Program by ensuring timely and accurate gift processing, helping implement retention strategies, and coordinating donor communications to foster ongoing engagement and upgrade opportunities.
  • Assist in the execution of annual giving efforts, including seasonal fundraising campaigns, end-of-year appeals, and donor stewardship activities aligned with calendar-based giving cycles.
  • Contribute to successful development operations, which includes but is not limited to: providing timely information; responding to requests from team members regarding processes and administration, as needed.
  • Assist with other duties and projects as assigned.

Administrative & Travel Support
