About The Opportunity
As part of an exciting growth phase, StandardFusion currently has an opportunity for an experienced Product Designer to join our team in Vancouver, BC, on a full-time basis. This is primarily an in-office position, although we do offer some flexibility around hybrid work.
As our Product Designer, you’ll play a central role in shaping the user experience of our application. From early research and ideation to detailed UI design and handoff, you will collaborate closely with product managers and developers to deliver elegant, intuitive, and accessible user experiences. Your work will directly impact thousands of users across industries where precision and trust matter most.
What You’ll Be Doing
Foster and grow our culture. Culture is the most important key to our success. Maintaining and enhancing it requires everyone’s dedicated effort. You will focus on creating a positive work environment by promoting our core values: teamwork, psychological safety, diversity, inclusion, and continuous learning.
Own the user experience. Lead the design process from discovery through delivery — including user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design.
Enable rapid and iterative prototyping. Create low-fidelity prototypes rapidly, so that we can easily test multiple solutions without creating bottlenecks in the product design process.
Create intuitive, consistent, and scalable interfaces. Design UI components and workflows that are both user-friendly and technically feasible. You'll help maintain and evolve our design system.
Conduct user research and testing. Identify pain points through interviews, usability tests, and analytics, and use insights to refine product features and workflows.
Collaborate cross-functionally. Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to turn product ideas and requirements into thoughtfully designed solutions.
Deliver production-ready designs. Create clear specifications and design assets in tools like Figma, and support developers during implementation.
Bring a user-first perspective. Ensure customer pain points are addressed with empathy and creative problem-solving in every feature we build.
Balance quick wins with long-term design vision. You’ll help identify low-effort improvements while also contributing to the strategic direction of the platform's UX.
More About You

2–5 years of experience designing web-based applications, ideally for B2B or complex enterprise platforms
