The Role
Producing and analysing monthly management accounts
Supporting the month:end close and budgeting/forecasting cycles
Building strong relationships with budget holders, acting as a trusted advisor
Developing dashboards, reports and visual tools that add real value
Working with the Finance Business Partner and Head of Finance to support decision:making and planning
Improving reporting processes and promoting consistency and automation
Supporting statutory accounts, audits and other compliance returns
Skills And Qualifications
Experience in a financial analysis or management accounts role
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with finance systems
Highly organised, proactive and detail:focused
Able to work independently and explain financial information clearly
Comfortable working in a changing environment with opportunities to shape and improve ways of working
AAT qualified or part:qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) (Desirable)
