Assist in creating and managing the department’s training calendars and schedules.
Coordinate logistics for internal trainings and meetings, including guest lists, invitations, room reservations, catering, AV support, and materials preparation.
Draft and file continuing legal education compliance documents, such as sign-in sheets and agendas.
Create and maintain tracking spreadsheets for mandatory programs and follow up with attorneys on attendance.
Respond to attorney inquiries about training and development resources.
Support other departmental programs and initiatives as needed.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
1 year of relevant experience.
Experience in professional services; legal industry experience is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
