The Role
They are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Executive / Coordinator to join a dynamic team within a leading group of companies within the steel manufacturing industry. In this role, you will support the Marketing department (Head of Marketing and Graphic Designer) in enhancing their brand presence across both digital and print channels, helping to shape the visual and strategic direction of their campaigns.

Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms
Coordinate the creation of marketing materials including brochures, email newsletters, product sheets, and digital ads
Manage website content updates and ensure consistent branding and messaging
Support the planning and promotion of trade shows, events and other marketing activations
Collaborate with design and sales teams to create effective promotional content and customer:facing materials
Maintain and grow social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
Track marketing performance metrics and assist with reporting on campaign outcomes and ROI
Manage mailing lists and execute email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp
Assist with content creation including copywriting, photography coordination and light graphic design
Research market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to help inform marketing initiatives
Maintain brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency across all external communications
Liaise with external vendors and partners as needed for production, printing, or advertising placements
Skills And Qualifications
Ideally 2+ Years experience (not essential)
Proficient Copywriting skills
Excellent storytelling skills.
Attention to detail and design accuracy.
Strong project management and time management skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross:functional teams.
Up:to:date knowledge of design trends and best practices.
Drivers Licence, as travel between sites will be required.
