You will be responsible for managing the IT outsourcing provider Allianz Technology of America to ensure all services are delivered with quality execution and operational excellence specifically governing IT Service Management (ITIL processes) and Service Continuity Management (Disaster Recovery). This role ensures that the delivery of technology solutions meets business needs, provides a positive customer experience, and meets Allianz global and regulatory IT and Security requirements.
Utilizing knowledge of technology standards, processes, and best practices, monitors delivery quality and performance of IT Services. Identifies, develops, and promotes proactive approaches to prevent service disruptions, acts as escalation point for service delivery issues
Manages a control framework to ensure quality assurance, ensuring adherence to defined standards, policies, processes, and procedures for IT Services, as well as information security and privacy within these services
Drives input to project forecasting and planning activities; supports the financial forecasting and actual cost reporting on a monthly basis
Drives identification and assessment of IT Services KPI’s and risks and manages remediation plans; drives continuous improvement and assessment/enhancement of existing or new metrics
Drives presentation of information on high level trends, metrics, and conclusions to leadership. Effectively communicates with IT and business stakeholders, including senior management; manages unknowns and successfully navigates a complex organizational landscape
Effectively manages through influence to obtain desired results in a complex IT operating model with key stakeholders in multiple organizations; manages multiple priorities at a time
Utilize artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI)
What you bring:
8+ years of experience required
Four-year degree required, or equivalent work experience
You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require immigration sponsorship for visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B, L-1, TN, etc). If you are currently on CPT/OPT, you are ineligible due to the need for future immigration sponsorship.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $160,000
