Super Scholar is looking for a Recruiter to help us find and hire top talent. If you come from a consultancy background and have hands on experience in IT recruitment ,skilled in Excel, and Excellent Communication we'd love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

· Handle end-to-end recruitment—from sourcing to onboarding

· Use job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms to attract candidates

· Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

· Track candidate data and hiring metrics using Excel

· Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

What We’re Looking For:

· Experience: 2+ years in recruitment consultancy background preferred.

. Domain: Experience in IT recruitment will be a strong plus.

. Technical: Proficient in Excell and tracking recruitment metrics

· Excel Skills: Comfortable handling data

· Soft Skills: Strong communication and attention to detail
