We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Content Marketing Manager to lead all content strategy and execution across our brand. From social media to blogs, newsletters, and our podcasts, you’ll be the storyteller and strategist who helps people discover and trust our method.

What You’ll Own

• Content strategy across all platforms: blog, email, YouTube, podcast distribution, and social media
• Editorial calendars and campaign alignment with our marketing goals
• Writing and editing copy that performs: from headlines to long-form
• Content production and managing the distribution of all content
• Tracking performance and continuously optimizing based on data

Your Goals

• Drive new member growth and intro session bookings from organic content
• Grow our social and podcast audience, increase engagement, and boost community trust
• Produce and publish consistent, brand-aligned, on-time content every week
• Build SEO/AIO traffic through blog and website strategy
• Elevate our brand presence and thought leadership in the fitness and health space

About You

• 3–6 years of content or editorial experience (brand, agency, or freelance welcome) or a demonstrable natural gifting for content strategy, production, and performance
• Expert copywriter with a keen eye for clarity, persuasion, and tone
• Strategic thinker with experience building and executing content calendars
• Excited about artificial intelligence, proactively augmenting your work with it to help deliver higher quality work, faster.
• Hands-on executor: you know how to get content live and optimized across platforms
• Collaborative and communicative: you enjoy working with creatives, marketers, and leadership
• Familiar with SEO, social media publishing tools, email marketing platforms, and AI writing tools
• Mission-driven: you care about health, service, and making lives better

• Our MarTech Manager, who supports content performance through technical implementation, automations, AI agents, and analytics
• Our Designer, who brings your campaigns to life across landing pages, social graphics, and branded visuals
