Title: VP, Strategic Partnerships
Overview:
The VP, Strategic Partnerships, will define and execute strategies to expand and establish partnership opportunities that drive revenue streams while creating a connected and retentive ecosystem.
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Vice President to collaborate cross-functionally with executive leadership while leading a team centered on partner acquisition and expansion. This leader will be critical in shaping how we integrate with external partners, systems, and platforms.
The leader will have a successful track record as a recognized partner leader who will drive thought leadership and a partner-focused mindset throughout the organization and develop and grow strategic relationships with external partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy Development: Collaborate with the senior leadership to define, lead, and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with business growth and innovation goals.Cross-Functional Leadership: Work across internal teams to successfully execute partner growth strategies while providing strategic input to executive leadership on partnership strategy, performance, opportunities, and product alignment.Ecosystem Creation: Expand and nurture a differentiated partner ecosystem that enhances product stickiness and customer value.Revenue Growth and Financial Management: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that exponentially increase revenue, market access, and product capabilities, while delivering against ARR business objectives.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and drive the performance of a team of professionals focused on partner acquisition and expansion and partner product management. Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture.Partner Management: Establish performance tracking for key partnerships.. Ensure the successful execution of partnership agreements.Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform organizational strategies and priorities.Relationship Management: builds and maintains strong relationships with C-suite and executives at partner organizations.Analytical Thinking / Data Analysis: ability to develop, track, and analyze partner-specific KPIs to drive performance and identify opportunities.Job Requirements:10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or corporate strategy within the healthcare, health tech or digital health industry.Minimum of 5 years of experience leading sales/alliances/strategic partnerships teams.At least 7+ years of relevant work experience with demonstrable accomplishments in developing and executing a growth strategy and revenue goal attainment.Proven track record of developing and scaling successful partnership ecosystems.Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading teams.Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
Education:Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience;Master’s degree is preferred.#LI-Remote

Pay Transparency:
The base salary range for this position is $193,500 - $215,000 annually plus a variable compensation plan. In addition to salary, Cleo offers the following benefits: health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), 15 paid holidays, 5-day winter break, flexible vacation time, sick time, 16 weeks paid parental leave, 401(k) plan, disability insurance, life insurance, wellness perks, and more.
