Job description

This is a remote position.

Join a specialized and agile company at the forefront of the agricultural sector as a Regulatory Affairs Project Lead (Europe) and hold a highly senior position as a team lead for market submissions of a innovative pesticide across Europe.


Permanent, fully remote position offering flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to collaborate with a dedicated, expert team. You’ll play a senior role in driving the market authorisation process for plant protection products (PPP) across the European Union.

We welcome applicants from anywhere in Europe, including but not limited to Ireland, UK, France, Spain, and other European countries.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage EU regulatory submissions, focusing on crops

  • Oversee the preparation and submission of active substances and formulated products

  • Coordinate mutual recognition applications and support renewals

  • Liaise with international competent authorities in Europe

  • Monitor and interpret changes in EU regulatory frameworks, contributing to regulatory strategy



Requirements
  • Significant Regulatory Affairs experience in market authorisation submissions in the crop protection & agrochemical sector for the EU market.

  • In-depth experience of EU authorisation processes for crop protection products and experience preparing regulatory dossiers

  • Leadership and project management skills.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Fluent in English (French or another EU language is advantageous but not essential)

  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
