Summary: The Structural Options Supervisor is a leadership position

is a dynamic leadership position responsible for overseeing the delivery and integration of structural options data across software platforms, while also managing day-to-day operational workflows related to eCommerce content, pricing, and product availability. This role bridges the gap between product configuration, operational execution, and digital merchandising ensuring timely project delivery, accurate data management, and streamlined support across teams. The Supervisor will work cross-functionally with purchasing, operations, eCommerce, and software teams to align project goals with customer experience and internal process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead and coordinate over 35 structural options projects, managing deliverables, timelines, and quality outcomes across both homebuilding and digital channels.

  • Oversee eCommerce content workflows to ensure product accuracy, availability, and seamless integration with structural data in the customer-facing platform.

  • Manage priorities between teams including purchasing, design, construction, and digital operations.

Operations & eCommerce Integration

  • Partner with Design, Estimating, Pricing, Data Management, and Purchasing teams to ensure accurate configuration, pricing, and availability of structural and design options across internal systems and digital catalogs.

  • Ensure product lifecycle updates are accurately maintained in both back-end systems and customer-facing platforms, supporting seamless integration and data consistency.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize workflows, improve data accuracy, and support operational efficiency throughout the product configuration process.

Stakeholder Coordination & Communication

  • Facilitate regular project meetings with internal teams and external partners to align expectations and resolve potential roadblocks early.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for escalations related to structural data, eCommerce workflows, or integration issues.

Data Management & Process Optimization

  • Develop and refine data workflows to improve accuracy, reliability, and efficiency across project and eCommerce systems.

  • Assist with the setup and optimization of automated data transfer processes (e.g., FTP workflows) to maintain clean and current data across platforms.

Software Implementation, Training & Support

  • Deliver training sessions (onsite and virtual) for internal stakeholders on tools such as Envision and other eCommerce or project management platforms.

  • Support onboarding of new tools and integrations, ensuring full team adoption and best practices across systems.

Reporting & Dashboard Development

  • Create and maintain dashboards that combine structural, operational, and eCommerce metrics, delivering actionable insights to leadership teams.

  • Report on KPIs such as project timelines, data accuracy, digital product availability, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience in operations, eCommerce, or digital product management, ideally within construction, manufacturing, or retail sectors.

  • Strong project management and team leadership capabilities across cross-functional environments.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on issue resolution and stakeholder alignment.

  • Working knowledge of data workflows, integration tools, and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Envision, Salesforce, Shopify, or similar).

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Operations, Information Systems, or related field.
