Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for an Instructional Design and Development Coordinator to join our Training Development Unit. This positions primary responsibilities include for the design and development of learning activities, assignments, assessments, and instructional approaches in the development of online and hybrid (blended) training for Trillium Members, Providers, and Staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design principles, adult learning theory, educational technologies, multimedia design and/or learning analytics. Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
Associate’s degree and four (4) years of experience in working with data electronically, and MS Office suite.
OR
Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of experience in working with data electronically, and MS Office suite.
OR
Equivalent combination of higher education/experience.
Preferred Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, Informational Technology, and Business Administration. Master’s Degree preferred.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in Learning Management Systems and Project Implementation; IT application programming or data and systems integration; Adobe Creative Suite; and experience in coordinating online registration and use of presentation technology is preferred.
License/Certification:
Must have a valid driver’s license
