Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to businesses in the United States to generate interest in telecom services
Pitch and explain the benefits of switching telephone or internet services to potential clients
Obtain and analyze current telecom invoices from prospects
Set appointments for further discussions or on-site visits
Close sales deals when possible or transfer qualified leads to closers
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the provided CRM system
Achieve and exceed set sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements
Proven experience in outbound sales, experience in the telecommunications industry is a MUST
Excellent communication skills with a strong phone presence
Ability to understand and explain technical concepts related to telecom services
Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales management tools
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to work
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
Fluent English speaker with a neutral accent
