Job Description

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our client’s dynamic financial team. In this role, you’ll manage essential financial operations using modern accounting systems while supporting a rapidly growing manufacturing and fulfillment business. Responsibilities
  • Execute timely and accurate customer invoicing
  • Manage accounts receivable and conduct professional payment follow-ups
  • Perform regular payment reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
  • Complete comprehensive monthly book reconciliations
  • Provide detailed weekly financial status updates to management
  • Maintain precise records within QuickBooks Online
