This is a remote position.

Role Name: Bookkeeper

Schedule:

  • 10 hours per week, Monday and Wednesday 5 hours each day (Flexible during client's business hours)

Client Timezone: EST (Eastern Standard Time)

Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join a dynamic US-based organization in a remote capacity. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage financial records across multiple business entities while working directly with US leadership. The ideal candidate will leverage their QuickBooks expertise to bring historical records up to date and maintain ongoing bookkeeping operations. Responsibilities
  • Execute comprehensive bank reconciliations across multiple company accounts
  • Perform historical reconciliation projects to ensure accurate financial records
  • Maintain detailed bookkeeping records using QuickBooks
  • Provide clear documentation of completed tasks and progress
  • Track and report working hours through modern time-tracking systems
  • Collaborate directly with US-based management on financial priorities
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial record-keeping
  • Submit regular progress updates on reconciliation status and completed work
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience
  • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and bank reconciliation processes
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven track record of working independently and meeting deadlines
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
  • Experience managing multiple company accounts simultaneously
  • Ability to work remotely and maintain consistent communication
  • Located in the Philippines with ability to coordinate with US time zones
