Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Part-time (20 hours/week)

  • Afternoon shift: Monday to Friday 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM HST

Client Timezone: Hawaii Standard Time (HST)


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to tenant inquiries through email and Appfolio

  • Track and coordinate property inspections and maintenance schedules

  • Monitor and manage email communications to ensure timely responses

  • Maintain and organize calendar appointments and deadlines

  • Coordinate property management schedules and inspection timelines

  • Process and organize tenant documentation and requests

  • Support daily administrative tasks related to property management

  • Ensure follow-up on pending items and upcoming deadlines

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in property management, particularly with long-term rentals

  • Proficiency with Appfolio property management software

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Experience with email management and calendar coordination

  • Ability to work independently and proactively

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Available to work Hawaii afternoon hours (2PM-6PM HST)

  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup

Scope:

  • Part-time position (20-35 hours per week)

  • Remote work using secure platforms and software

  • Focus on long-term residential property management

  • Direct reporting to property manager/owner
