This is a hybrid role in Cork where you will be expected to be based in the office two days a week.


The opportunity

As a Senior Inbound Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in accelerating revenue growth by converting high-quality inbound leads into satisfied customers. Your role will focus on engaging with prospective clients who have shown interest in Teamwork.com’s solutions—through web inquiries, content downloads, events, referrals, and other channels. You will understand their needs, clearly communicate our value proposition, and guide them through the decision-making process. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, consultative in approach, and passionate about helping businesses thrive through great project management software.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify and respond to inbound leads through phone, email, live chat, and video calls, ensuring a timely and personalized experience.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand the unique needs, pain points, and goals of potential clients.
  • Present tailored product demonstrations and articulate the value of Teamwork.com in solving their business challenges.
  • Manage a pipeline of inbound opportunities and nurture leads through the buying journey to successful close.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless handoff and customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions, deals, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date on Teamwork.com product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings to position our solutions effectively.
  • Provide feedback to the Marketing and Product teams based on recurring customer questions, trends, or feature requests.



What good looks like

  • Proven success in inbound sales, solution consulting, or a related SaaS/B2B sales environment.
  • Experience with mid-market sales cycles (30–60 days) and managing multiple stakeholders is preferred.
  • Outstanding communication and listening skills, with the ability to build strong relationships quickly.
  • Consultative selling approach with a focus on adding value and solving problems.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle a high volume of leads.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and modern sales enablement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results.
  • A positive attitude and continuous improvement mindset.
