Your day-to-day:
Coordinate filings of Oxylabs trademarks, designs and patents in the Intellectual Property Offices (IP Offices) around the globe
Guide outside counsels in preparing responses to office actions in trademark, patent, design and copyright applications in IP Offices
Together with our team of lawyers, work to ensure that our products are compliant with Intellectual Property (IP) laws around the globe;
Draft and review legal documents (in particular, licensing agreements, contracts, C&D letters, etc.)
Take part of quarterly meeting with technical teams to collect new patenting ideas, coordinate patent filing process
Coordinate collection of evidence in court proceedings related to registration of Oxylabs IPR registrations, infringement and related matters in various jurisdictions
Advice colleagues on IP related topics
Prepare and give trainings on IP matters
Monitor legislative changes in the IP area and keep organization up-to-date, preparing policy papers and company’s positions on proposed changes
Keep track of expenses and coordinate outside counsels. Estimate costs to maintain existing IP portfolio
Your skills & experiences:
University degree in Law (Intellectual Property law specialization would be an advantage) or in relevant technical field supplemented with additional training in IP legal framework (patent attorney certification would be an advantage)
Min 5 years of experience with IP in the private or public sector
In-depth knowledge of IP law and a passion for it
Previous experience with handling patent and trademark applications
Fluency in spoken and written English
Nice to have:
Basic understanding of computer science or web scraping technologies
Salary:
Gross salary: 4000-6000 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
