We’re looking for a visionary Revenue Operations Systems leader to own and evolve our go-to-market tech stack — with a focus on scale, speed, and AI-powered efficiency. Sitting at the intersection of operations and innovation, this role is responsible for the design, implementation, and performance of the technology powering our commercial teams.

What You'll Do:Own the Revenue Systems roadmap across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer SuccessDefine and maintain a scalable architecture that connects tools, data, and workflows across the customer journeyAct as product owner for our core GTM platforms — including Salesforce, Gong, Guru, and other tools as we continue to scaleManage system governance, data integrity, and process consistency across tools and teamsCollaborate with Enablement to build frameworks for user feedback, change management, and adoptionEvaluate and implement AI technologies that drive efficiency, personalization, and insight generation at scaleIdentify and execute opportunities to automate, consolidate, or modernize systemsWhat You Bring To The Table:Experience leading GTM systems in a high-growth SaaS environment, preferably in healthcare or a regulated industryStrategic mindset with the ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable, effective systemsStrong technical understanding of Salesforce architecture, including hands-on experience with custom object design, automation flows, and integrationsProven experience implementing or integrating AI-powered tools into GTM processes and analyticsHands-on experience building internal tools using low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Cursor, n8n, Firebase)Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills with stakeholders across Commercial, Data, Product, and ITBonus: Familiarity with ancillary tools in our stack (Gong, Iterable, Guru, ZoomInfo, Snowflake, Rudderstack) or similar platformsWhy You'll Love Fullscript:A mission that matters: empowering integrative healthcare providers to deliver better patient outcomesA culture that values curiosity, autonomy, and speed over red tapeLeadership that treats Revenue Systems as a strategic lever, not a service functionActive investment in modern RevOps infrastructure and AI innovationThe chance to build a high-impact function with visibility and support from senior leadership
