Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Part-time (25 hours/week), Monday to Friday 9am to 2pm 

Client Timezone: US Central Time


Responsibilities:

  • Review and quality check security officer check-in logs from 20+ employees across 9 properties

  • Edit and improve report quality, including spelling and clarity improvements

  • Email daily security logs to clients in PDF format

  • Handle client communications and respond to urgent matters

  • Process and manage email inquiries from apartment complexes and clients

  • Coordinate security officer introductions and scheduling

  • Assist with payroll processing

  • Support proactive client communication to prevent issues

  • Participate in weekly team meetings via Zoom

Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written), ideally someone who has been in client-facing roles

  • Previous virtual assistant or administrative experience, sales experience is highly desirable as well

  • Attention to detail and quality control capabilities

  • Ability to work independently and proactively

  • Professional email communication skills

  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup

Scope:

  • Part-time role (25 hours per week)

  • Direct reporting to company owner

  • Collaborative work with existing virtual assistant

  • Coverage of business operations during assigned hours

  • Weekly team meetings and check-ins
