  • Execute outbound sales outreach using LinkedIn, email and CRM tools

  • Manage and respond to incoming enquiries, helping to nurture leads through the funnel

  • Prepare customised sales proposals and materials to support outreach

  • Attend a daily sales-focused check-in meeting with the CEO

2. Marketing & Content Creation (Approx. 40%)

  • Draft and schedule LinkedIn content (3+ posts per week) using existing templates and original ideas

  • Support the creation of branded marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and event collateral

  • Tailor marketing resources for different universities and clients

  • Assist with brand visibility and awareness across digital channels

  • Provide content and design input (Canva or similar) – design skills are a strong plus

3. Sales Support & Admin (Approx. 10%)

  • Create and send invoices; track and reconcile payments

  • Manage expenses and purchase records using tools like Xero or Pleo

  • Provide ad hoc administrative and project-based support to the CEO and wider team

Requirements
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (non-negotiable)

  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented

  • Prior experience supporting sales teams, or in a marketing/admin/EA role within a small business

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and Canva.

  • Interest in education, marketing, and business with a willingness to learn

  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a dynamic startup environment

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to take feedback well

Benefits

  • Remote-first working environment

  • Work directly with the CEO and co-founders—gaining exposure to all aspects of a growing business

  • Clear career growth path into sales, marketing, or client success

  • Purpose-led work that directly impacts students’ careers and futures

  • International, fast-paced startup culture
