The Opportunity:

We are looking for a results-driven Operations Analyst to support data analysis, performance monitoring, and process improvement across departments. In this role, you’ll create reports and dashboards, analyze operational trends, and collaborate with teams to enhance efficiency and the overall patient experience. This position is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support decision-making across departments.
    • Pull and analyze provider schedule reports, including the number of patients scheduled, seen, and enrolled in CCM.
  • Process Optimization
    • Collaborate with department leads to implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Performance Monitoring
    • Track performance metrics related to patient services, staff productivity, and operational effectiveness.
    • Support leadership in identifying underperformance areas and proposing corrective actions.
  • Project Support
    • Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of key operational initiatives and special projects.
    • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Compliance & Documentation
    • Support audits and quality assurance activities as needed.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration
    • Work closely with clinical, administrative, and intake teams to support daily operations.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify areas for continuous improvement and propose innovative solutions that enhance the patient and provider experience.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, operations, or healthcare administration.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) will be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience with project coordination and performance monitoring.
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations and compliance standards is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Service Fee:

      Industry standards applicable to the state depend on work experience and level of expertise.

      Hours:

      US Eastern Standard Time (EST) – 9 AM EST to 6 PM EST (Mon to Fri)
