Now Hiring: Remote Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) — Pennsylvania Based

Location: State College, Pennsylvania 

Job Types: Full-time

Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

We’re currently seeking a Pennsylvania-licensed LMFT to join our growing telehealth team. Whether you specialize in couples therapy, family systems, trauma, or transitions, you’ll find the resources and support to do your best work in a setting that fits your lifestyle.

As a Remote LMFT, you’ll:
  • Provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples, or families across Pennsylvania
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop collaborative treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based care using modalities like CBT, EFT, DBT, ACT, or the Gottman Method
  • Work with diverse populations and a wide range of presenting concerns
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Engage in optional peer consultation, CEU opportunities, and clinical collaboration

Requirements

  • An active LMFT license in Pennsylvania (Required)
  • At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience (telehealth experience a plus)
  • Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal skills, and cultural humility
  • A secure, private space for telehealth sessions and reliable high-speed internet
  • Passion for building authentic therapeutic relationships in a virtual setting
