What you will be doing:
The Marketing Operations Technical Analyst translates business needs into technical solutions that underpin Home Depot's marketing strategies. This senior-level role is pivotal for orchestrating both routine and specialized marketing campaigns, ensuring strong collaboration with various teams to enhance operational processes. By leveraging advanced technical knowledge and solution-oriented approaches, the Analyst plays a key role in aligning technical efforts with strategic marketing objectives. The position involves a significant focus on documentation, communication, and problem-solving abilities to design and implement digital marketing solutions effectively.
Develop and document clear technical specifications and solutions based on business requirements for marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with Business Analysts and Project Managers to define project approaches, roles, campaign schedules, and activation processes for different types of campaigns.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand technical needs, providing solution diagrams and wireframes.
Oversee communications with Development teams to align on technical details and ensure accurate implementation.
Attend campaign meetings to discuss and document timelines, decisions, and updates for team distribution.
Analyze system impacts with Business Analysts and plan practical solutions aligned with strategic goals.
Craft and implement digital marketing solutions leveraging audience data to enhance marketing outcomes.
Serve as a key point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in campaign workflows.
Ensure data accuracy, campaign configuration, and process optimization, documenting necessary technical procedures and guidelines.
Design and implement marketing workflows and communication strategies, acting as a solution architect.
Lead collaborative efforts with external agency partners and internal senior stakeholders.
Ensure timely completion of tasks with a focus on quality and detailed technical documentation.
Required Skills & Experience:
Extensive experience in marketing operations, particularly in managing and designing marketing campaign processes.
Advanced technical expertise in marketing systems and data management, including proficiency in Google BigQuery.
Excellent communication skills in English, with the capability to collaborate effectively across various teams.
Proven ability to create clear technical documentation and process diagrams, demonstrating intermediate skills in process diagram creation.
Strong analytical and advanced problem-solving skills, capable of independently resolving complex technical issues.
Intermediate experience in managing marketing campaign setups and audience data.
Intermediate experience with email marketing systems and campaigns, and familiarity with platforms such as Mailchimp, Marketo, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Basic understanding of SQL for reading/reviewing code and writing snippets for developers.
Basic knowledge of Python to facilitate effective communication with developers.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive email design principles.
Understanding of A/B testing and optimization techniques.
Experience using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track email performance.
Familiarity with project management tools like Jira for Agile methodologies.

Experience with email marketing systems (e.g., MessageGears, Adobe Targeting, Airship, and Moveable Ink).
Certification in digital marketing or a related field for added credibility.
